(looks like we have some misconceptions to clear up... :-p )

"Isn't there cow skin in chalk? My teacher last year told me it was made of cow skin. How do they do that?"
(As I started to explain that chalk was made of calcium carbonate, I realized that he had misheard "calcium" as "cow skin"!)
